Q: Can you do any design?

A: The machine is equipped with big touch sreen LCD computer, and the operation of the machine is controlled by the built-in computer. And you can imput your own designs into the machine through USB.

Q: Is this embroidery machine easy to operate?

A: Yes, it is easy to operate. Machine is computerized and the interface is user-friendly. Just like using ipad, you can learn to operate this machine computer in 5-10 minutes.

Q: What can I do with the machine?

A: Machine can do cap t-shirt, flat embroidery on many difference materials. No limits of imagination. If you can hoop it, you can embroider it.

Q: Which machine is more suitable for me?

A: If you are a newbie, or you only used a single needle embroidery machine before, you could try single head model to start. If your business is successful now, you could consider multi heads machine.

Q: What about the packing?

A: Machine with all the accessories is packed in one case. General machines are with wooden case packing. Particular machine are packing with vacuum/ carton and wooden pallet. Container loads as per the machine size.
