What About The Packing?
Machine with all the accessories is packed in one case. General machines are with wooden case packing. Particular machine are packing with vacuum/ carton and wooden pallet. Container loads as per the machine size.

How long can I get the machine after I pay?
We offer two delivery methods:
If the machine is in stock at the US company, it can be delivered in 2-3 days;
If the machine is not in stock at the US company, we choose to ship from China, which can be delivered in 30-40 days

I'm a newbie, can I get any training?
We provide English operation guides. As well as teaching and maintenance videos, in five languages: Chinese, English, French, Spanish and Arabic. It's all free. We will ensure that you have no worries from unpacking, threading, etc. until the machine works successfully. If you need any further help, our team is available for a video call with you.
