Is this embroidery machine easy to operate?

The embroidery machine is equipped with a 10-inch touchable LCD computer.

The operating principle is very easy, just like using ipad.

You can learn to operate this machine computer in 5-10 minutes.

Each BAI machine includes a computerized control panel that holds 20 millions stitches of storage, you can upload and edit design settings and create customized lettering directly on the panel.

What software can I make my design ? And what format?

If you have some experience, you could buy software together with machine or you can get a software separetly from your local. If you are not good at using software, you could find a special designer to make design for you.Machine support DST and DSB format.

We offer two delivery options:

I'm located in the US, how fast can I get the machine?

There are two methods: You could pick it up by yourself, our warehouses are in Los Angeles. We also provide 7 days door-to-door shipping, you will get a tracking number after delivery.

Is it heavy to move? What's the weight?

1. The machine head is 95Kg. It is easy for two adults to move.
2. You just have to follow our teaching video to assemble the stand, it has 4 universal wheels.
3. Put the head on the stand, even if you are a lady, you could move it everywhere you want.

I'm a newbie, can I get any training?

We provide English operation guides. As well as teaching and maintenance videos, in five languages: Chinese, English, French, Spanish and Arabic. It's all free. We will ensure that you have no worries from unpacking, threading, etc. until the machine works successfully. If you need any further help, our team is available for a video call with you. You could also get more skills in our YouTube channel, live broadcast, blog and Facebook groups.

Which machine is more suitable for me? Please advise.

1. If you are a newbie, or you only used a single needle embroidery machine before, you could try FUJA single head series.
2. If your business is successful now, you could consider our industrial multi heads series.

How to input an embroidery pattern?

Each machine comes with a USB, you could upload your design to the USB, then plug it into the computer, your design will show automatically. You could also use our network cable to transmit your design.

What software can I make my design? And what format?

We offer ourseleves software, or you could find one that suits you locally. If you have some experience, you could buy this software on our website. If you are not good at using software, you could find a special designer to make design for you. And the pattern is DST format.

Can I input a photo to make the embroidery directly?

Yes, FUJA's computer supports photo embroidery. However, we recommend that you convert it to DST or DSB format, the embroidery effect will be better. If you just want to have a try, you could use the photo directly. And we offer free embroider for you.

Delivered in excellent condition

Machine delivered in excellent condition and was very well packaged. Putting the base together is pretty straight forward. I was able to assemble it on my own. Have been very thoroughly training myself with videos via YouTube as well the manual that comes with it. I am taking my time to understand all the facets of it because it is a large investment. The support staff has been fantastic. Although I haven't personally needed one-on-one help thus far, I have been watching social media posts of others with questions and the turn around time from FUJA seems great. You will need to purchase software for it. Would highly recommend this machine to anyone that may be uncertain of it versus other machines.

No thread shredded

I'm not new to the world of embroidery. After a ton of research, I decided to purchase the FUJA 15 needles embroidery machine. The item arrived nicely packaged and secure in a crate. There weren't any damaged or missing items. There are plenty of instructional videos on line. It was simple to put together after watching the video. I've stitched a few projects with ease using different brands of thread. The machine hasn't shredded any brands of thread I've tested. The variable speed feature is a great plus!

Very happy with this purchase. I have previous experience with single head embroidery machine but was ready to upgrade. This machine is as impressive as pictured. I like the green color. It has not disappointed and has ran great since day one. When I placed the order, I was immediately set up with a support person who kept me updated through the shipping process and has been there for me since. She has been very responsive. This is my third embroidery machine. I can maintain my FUJA myself. Plus the cost was about half what I paid for my top of the line. If I run into trouble I can send a text and get help I've always received an answer in less than three hours. Who does that, FUJA does. Recently Lucy and the engineer Mr. Yin helped me solve a problem I was having. They told me what to do showed me videos, ones that I had watched before trying to figure this out myself but they gave me pointers that made all the difference and confidence that I could do it.
